1) Silence

What is meant by silence ?

Actually silence means , after getting up early in the morning you should spend some times in silence...how ? 

I 'll tell you  1 example by which you can understand how important is getting up early in the morning and how it helps us ?

You may have known about swami Vivekananda how  brilliant man he is ! 

He always used to do meditation everyday and he used to say that every single person of my country must do meditation everyday because it increases our brain power it unlocks new pathways in our brains, it makes us our concentration more powerful.

So after getting up early in the morning first you should choose a place where you can get complete silence then do meditation in that silence place or you can pray if you want but remain silent when you get up because it increases your concentration power & you perform your tasks on given time.

2) Affirmation

Say yourself again and again that 

I am a confident person...

I am a successful person ...

Say it again and again 

If you say it again and again to yourself so you're brain starts thinking in that way ...so you must follow this habit and say this positive lines to yourself everyday ...

3) Visualization

Create images  in mind for the desired reality...

It's lil bit similar to Affirmation technique

But it create more impact bon your personality seeing positive in everything whatever you do or Wanna do so do visualize it so it boosts you to achieve your goal every time ...

4) Excersice

It has huge scientific benefits

When you do excersice your brain gets more oxygen and due to it you can get  clear thinking ... 

By doing excersice in morning your brain relaeses endorphin so because of it you feel better ...

It's not necessary for getting this benefits you have to go to the gym 

If you do excersice at your home only one minute suppose jumping jacks 

So you get more  energy, thoughts clearity becomes 10 times better .

5) Reading

Don't read books like fifty shades of grey or newspaper

Read Books that improve you 

Ex. Self-help books , 

Which increases your knowledge , intelligence...

and then their is the last one golden habit 

6) Scribing

Means whatever thought comes in your mind just write those thoughts in a diary 

Ex, thoughts, ideas, important things 

It increases our brain power 

It helps us to remember what we did 

I follow this habit in my everyday life and it really helps me ....

वह हमेशा रोज मेडिटेशन करता था और वह कहता था कि मेरे देश के हर एक व्यक्ति को रोज मेडिटेशन करना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे हमारी दिमागी शक्ति बढ़ती है, यह हमारे दिमाग में नए रास्ते खोलती है, यह हमारी एकाग्रता को और अधिक शक्तिशाली बनाती है।
इसलिए सुबह जल्दी उठने के बाद सबसे पहले आपको एक ऐसी जगह चुननी चाहिए, जहाँ आप पूरी तरह से मौन प्राप्त कर सकें फिर उस मौन स्थान पर ध्यान करें या आप चाहें तो प्रार्थना कर सकते हैं लेकिन जब आप उठें तब चुप रहें क्योंकि यह आपकी एकाग्रता शक्ति को बढ़ाता है और आप प्रदर्शन करते हैं दिए गए समय पर आपके कार्य।

२) पुष्टि
अपने आप को बार-बार कहें कि
मैं एक आत्मविश्वासी व्यक्ति हूं ...
मैं एक सफल व्यक्ति हूँ ...
इसे बार-बार कहना
यदि आप इसे बार-बार अपने आप से कहते हैं तो आप मस्तिष्क इस तरह से सोचना शुरू कर देंगे ... तो आपको इस आदत का अनुसरण करना चाहिए और अपने आप को यह सकारात्मक रेखाएं कहना चाहिए ...

3) दृश्य
वांछित वास्तविकता के लिए मन में छवियां बनाएं ...
यह Affirmation तकनीक के समान है
