Though you may have checked it the shop but after bringing it in the home you should sanitize it carefully. Then use that vegetables or whatever you have bought.


The precautions we have to take against the virus if we want to be safe from it.


So the first vegetable that you should eat that is 


1)Spinach ๐Ÿ˜‹


Now let me tell you about why should you eat spinach ?



Because it's loaded with vitamins , minerals , fibre , and antioxidants

The second reason why you should eat it Because it prevents arthritis

Third reason it's low in calories so guys you don't have to worry about weight gain ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Fourth reason it fight the heart disease

Fifth reason to eat spinach it lowers the symptoms of some cancer.


So spinach is the vegetables with high nutritional value and as it can save you from some major diseases so you have to eat 3/4 times a week as it is a green vegetable most people like it. So you should eat it.



Note : If you have kidney stone problems then you should avoid eating spinach as it has high level of salt.
