To protect yourself from high-temperature sunlight, follow these guidelines: Seek shade : Stay indoors or find shaded areas during peak sunlight hours, typically between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wear protective clothing: Cover your skin with lightweight, loose-fitting clothing made of breathable fabrics like cotton. Opt for long sleeves, pants, and a wide-brimmed hat to shield your face, neck, and ears. Use sunscreen: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of 30 or above. Apply it generously on all exposed skin, including your face, neck, arms, and legs. Reapply every two hours, or more frequently if you sweat heavily or come into contact with water. Wear sunglasses: Protect your eyes from harmful UV (ultraviolet) rays by wearing sunglasses with UV-blocking lenses. Look for sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection.
