What are the 5 healthy habits?

Hello guys ,
Today I am going to tell you those five very important and healthy habits which I usually follow everyday in my daily routine and I want you to also follow these habits to get healthy and smart ๐Ÿ˜‰.like me ๐Ÿ˜Ž.So let's talk about my 5 habit that usually I follow :
1 )Quitting Smoking : Smoking is a very bad habit. As you it can cause you cancer ๐Ÿ’” which is an 70% cases incurable disease , So why to put your life in danger?

  • It increases the risk of stroke and brain damage.
  • Most of the time due to increased Smoking eye cataracts, muscular degeneration occurs, and white eyes t.into yellowish color.
  • Loss of sense of smell and teste.
  • Yellow teeth, tooth dacay and bad breath.
  • Cancel of the nose , lip , toung and mouth could happen.
  • So this is why you should quit Smoking

2 Keeping a healthy body weight : Again one more important things you most of the people don't think about it and Don't take it seriously that BMI - Body mass index.
If you want to Know your body weight is under or over the BMI - I'll tell you it's ratios to measure for yourself , ok
  • If your BMI is 18.5 to 24.9 it falls under the normal body or healthy body weight ๐Ÿค—.
  • BUT if you're BMI is 25.0 to 29.9 then it falls under the overweight range ๐Ÿ˜ฃ.
  • If you're BMI is 30.0 or higher it falls within the obese range .
So that's how you can calculate your BMI to Know you're healthy or not ?

3) Regularly excersing: As we all Know that in Covid-19 pandemic situation most of the country's have faced the lockdown so the whole country's have been living in home & doing nothing except watching web series and eating & a lil bit of household works, so due to it most of the people got overweighted even  I am.
So I am going to share with you the benefits of excersice & why you should do excersice you will get to know ?
  • Excersice helps to control your body weight
  • Excersice reduces your risk of heart diseases
  • Excersice helps your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels
  • Excersice helps you quit smoking
  • Excersice improves your mental and healthy mood
  • Excersice helps you keep thinking, learning,and judgement skills sharps as your age.
So now you knew that why you should do excersice regularly?

4) Drinking water while sitting down it has amazing benefits:
Whenever you drink water first sit down and then drink water .
Drink water slowly and sip by sip 
A glass of water should take 2-3 mins to drink,if you want to stay away from any ailments.
Why you should that ?

  • When you drink water slowly while sitting down sip by sip , the water gets time to combine with saliva. Now the water has become alkaline naturelly  and the micronutrients of the saliva also merge in the water , making it nutrient dense.
  • The process of digestion gets better
  • When you are in a standing position and you drink water it creates a pressure on stomach because of it causes bad effect on stomach so that's why whenever you drink water sit down and drink water .
  • When you drink water while sitting down whatever the waste particles your bladder had stored it gets vanished and your kidneys work better.
  • When you drink water while sitting down it makes your lungs more healthier.
5) Eating a healthy diet  : Man avoid junk food it makes you overweighted only it doesn't has any health benefits ๐Ÿ˜” so shift towards the healthy food .
And you must know the benefits of eating healthy diet.

  • Reduces the risk of cancer
  • Diabetes management
  • Heart and health stroke prevention
  • The health of the next generation
  • Strong bones the teeth 
  • Better mood
