 3 Things to you should know 

  Before setting goals for your day,  you should this basic 2-3 things.  It will help you do your task passionately.  Most of the time ๐Ÿ•’ we set goals for a day ☀ but at the end of the day we don't meet our expected result.  So we should where we are lacking.  That will actually help us in growing up. Let's talk about that. 

1. Visualization

    If you want to spend 3 hours at the gym ๐Ÿ’ชvisualize it,  if you want to read ๐Ÿ“–50 pages a day or complete a book ๐Ÿ“š visualise it,  if you want to become a best ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ฏ footballer ⚽ visualize it,  if you want to become a best cricket player,  visualize it.  

Now you would ask me
Why I am saying you visualise this things? 
So the answer is 
There was a survey done on 60 peoples. 
The objective of the survey was to know about the visualization power ๐Ÿ”‹ of the peoples. 


From those 50 people's they differentiated 20 people and told them to practice football everyday for 30 days ,  practice everyday for 2-3 hours a days. Just do practice and do and you have to win the game ๐Ÿ† practice for it. 

Then they have another 20  people's 
They told them to do practice just normal practice not a limit,  or not a benchmark , it's not like that you have to win the match.  Just do practice 10 to 15 minutes a day or you take gap also.  And they dis it. 

Then another 20 people were left 
So they told ๐Ÿ’ฌ to those 20 people's that you just have to visualize.  You have to visualize everyday that you are playing the game.  Raha you are doing practice for the game and you are going to win ๐Ÿ† this game.  You just have to visualize thing for 30 days. And those 20 people did it. They used to visualize everyday that they are playing the game, that are hardly practicing for it but in reality they were just doing visualization not actual practice. 

So after 30 days the results came 
And the results were amazing

As those 20 people's who have been told to do practice everyday 2 -3 hours a days their progress rate was 85-90% 

And those who have been told to do practice 10 to 15 minutes their progress rate was 30-40%

And those who haven't played the game for a single day their progress rate was 85 -90% equal to those people who have practised everyday for 2-3 hours. The results was amazing. 

So that's the power of visualization you have to visualize that you are doing that thing tomorrow it will click you at that time ๐Ÿ•’ that you have to do something it's the time you have to achieve one more mileato of your goal.
